I have recently started juicing celery thanks to my dear friend. We have both started and noticed some awesome things tsking place with our bodies.... for instance
** More waste elimination
** Alot of urinating
** I feel more alert
** Appetite suppressed

Now it doesn't taste the best but its not that bad. Your suppose to start with 16oz. I have only been doing about 6oz-8oz.
